Our Specialty

Birria, done right.

Every batch of our birria is slow-simmered for hours in a rich blend of chiles and spices until the beef falls apart. We dip the tortilla in the consomé, crisp it on the flat-top, and load it with melty mozzarella, cilantro, and onion.

From the first taco truck to two Iowa locations, everything is made the way it should be — fresh, from scratch, and packed with flavor. Come hungry.
